As a writer, I actually enjoy coming up with titles for my articles, but that rarely happens. These days, it's all about SEO and clickbait, where publications are clambering for attention. Titles are based upon what most people are searching for with the goal of grabbing attention. In other words, I had nothing to do with the titles of the stories featured here even though I wrote them, so words like "flatten your belly" would not be a promise I'd make. (Did you know this about titles?)
