Packed to the Brim (Yes, I’m an Over-Packer!)

Hi Reader! As we wrap up this year, I want to take a moment to wish you good health, happiness, and everything you wish for yourself in the year ahead. I don’t usually talk about politics, and I won’t start now, but it’s impossible not to notice how chaotic our world can feel lately. All the more reason to take care of ourselves ... gently, realistically, and in ways that still leave room for joy. That’s always been my goal with this newsletter… to be a trusted place where you can find guidance that’s doable, not daunting. A place that helps you feel a little more confident in the kitchen, a little more informed at the grocery store, and a lot kinder to yourself as you navigate everyday life. And since this is the last newsletter of the year, I did exactly what I do when I pack for vacation… I overpacked. Inside you’ll find a suitcase full of nutrition news you can actually use in the new year, from stories I wrote (like the best condiments for your health, how to build stronger bones, and what really happens to your gut when you drink seltzer) to stories I was quoted in, including the best ways to help lower your blood pressure and the number-one mistake people make when taking vitamin D. I hope these pieces help you feel more grounded, more supported, and more inspired to take good care of yourself. And a quick heads up… in the new year I’ll be making a few exciting updates behind the scenes so I can tailor this newsletter even better for you. Nothing to do yet — just know I’m working on ways to bring you even more helpful content in 2026. Happy New Year and thank you for being here with me. Until next time, Bon P.S. Got a question you want me to cover in the next newsletter?
