You’re a Big Part of My Thanksgiving Gratitude
|
Hi Reader! This time of year always brings gratitude into sharper focus. It reminds me how important it is to notice the things that support us daily — the meals we enjoy, the people who ground us, and the small habits that make us feel our best. I try to carry that spirit of appreciation throughout the year. Today's issue brings you stories about baking, bananas and bread (if you put them all together, you'll also find my recipe for my family's fave banana bread!) Thank you for being part of the Better Than Dieting community. I wish you all a happy, healthy holiday season. Until next time, Bon P.S. Got a question you want me to cover in the next newsletter?
